Ciborium in
embossed and engraved vermeil, the six-lobed foot, the circular knot and the
cup are decorated with geometric patterns, flowers and vines.

The etymology of the word ciborium designates a water lily flower, the shape
of this sacred vessel is destined to receive the Body of Christ in order to be
distributed to the faithful, during or outside the mass.
