1950 Large Potence wall light by Maison Arlus

Composed of a long, elegantly designed black lacquered metal wall bracket, on which rests a long descending arm supporting a long horizontal golden brass rod, extending from the wall bracket and serving as a lighting arm, with the electrical cord passing inside.

The twisted black cord emerges from the gilded brass stem, descends vertically and ends in a large round shade, highlighted inside by three small round off-white cotton shades topped with three black metal covers.

A gilded brass rod highlights the top and bottom of the shades, holding them together.

At the other end of the rod, the twisted cord passes through a pulley and descends. It is equipped with a blackened brass cylindrical counterweight at mid-height, allowing you to adjust the height of the luminaire as needed.
