The base of the lamp is made of twisted rope and wrapped nicely to form the base, then it goes up and becomes the arm of light, all made with a single piece of rope.
The light arm is covered on the upper part of the identically redone lampshade in off-white cotton.
One bulb per lamp.
Adrien Audoux and Frida Minet are known for their rope lamps and furniture. Their first workshop was founded in 1929 in Juan-les-Pins, near Nice, on the French Riviera, France.
