1960 Pair of bronze torchiere wall lights Maison Jansen

SOLDComposed of a tall Louis-inspired torch XVI, ribbed in gilded bronze, flaring at the top to form a corolla welcoming an electrified wax candle. The lower part is decorated with fine foliage ending in a drop.
The torch is held by a bronze hand with a dark patina, topped with a large oval and curved reflector, hammered in silver metal, decorated with a gilded bronze border surrounding the wrist of the hand and framing the reflector.
