Lucien Boucher was a French designer, engraver, poster artist and illustrator born in 1899 and died in 1971. From the 1920s, he devoted himself mainly to the creation of posters for cinema and advertising and produced numerous lithographs inspired by surrealism. He is best known for his series of advertising posters and planispheres created for Air France.
