Black Carousel Cigar Box, Spinning Music Box with Hand Painted Blue Birds

This antique early 20th century cigar box with music box is absolutely incredible. It features a black lacquered exterior and brass details. This humidor features 6 rotating side panels. Each panel is delicately hand painted and decorated with blue birds and butterflies. On the top and base, this cigar box is adorned with a gallery of stylized brass beads. The interior of each panel is fitted with brass trim with rings to store 3 cigars and cigarillos per compartment. The bottom of the cigar box features a wind-up music box that is in working order and plays a charming musical tune when the humidor closes. A wooden knob sits on top of the carousel and when turned, it opens and closes all 6 panels. This piece is a high-end decorative box.
