Late 19th century Regency style desk in black lacquered wood with 3 drawers on the front and 3 false ones on the back.
The curved base is decorated with gilded bronze, espagnolette bars in the upper part and lion's paw sabots at the base.
The drawers feature drop handles and gilt bronze lock entries. The right drawer has several compartments, one of which closes with a lock.
The top is covered with its original red leather decorated with a border and golden corners with numerous stains and wear that do not detract from its character. The whole is surrounded by a bronze ingot mold with a golden patina.
