Pink twisted photo frame in Murano glass and brass from the 2000s

This beautiful vertical picture frame is purely Venetian glass making. The technique used to achieve this rich twisted rope effect is called 'torciglione' and requires highly skilled artisans. This photo frame is made of blown Murano glass in a very soft pink color, covered with crystal from Barovier&Toso, Murano. It is signed on the back of the brass backing. It can be matched with vintage, classic, art deco, mid century or contemporary interiors and will be perfect for adorning your bookcases, consoles, shelves or chests...
