
Louis XV period wall cartel in Boulle marquetry with floral decoration of bouquets of carnations in tortoiseshell and tinted green horn. Rich and beautiful rocaille ornamentation of gilded bronze.
The dial indicates the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numerals in blue and white enameled cartridges.
This cartel was executed around the 1750s.
Good state of conservation. Very beautiful carving and matte and burnished gilding.
