Antique cigar humidor in carved wood and dog decoration
Availability:
IN STOCK€1.900,00
This cigar box is crafted in the form of a rustic wooden chalet, with detailed carvings that mimic wooden planks and beams. The roof, adorned with metallic finishes, lifts to reveal the interior compartment. On the front, a finely sculpted metal dog emerges from a small opening, lending the piece a charming and realistic character. Additional metal figurines, such as a small squirrel on one side and a pair of birds near a dish, enhance the narrative and add to the box's decorative appeal. The base is gracefully shaped, complementing the chalet design and giving the object a robust yet elegant presence. This is a richly crafted and detailed humidor that combines artisanal skill with playful artistry. When its roof is lifted, it reveals a removable interior compartment for storing 16 cigars. In addition to being a storage box for cigars, this very elegant and rare humidor could be repurposed for decorative purposes, used in fine art displays, or to start a collection. Indeed, antique cigar boxes are often collected by enthusiasts for their craftsmanship, design, and the nostalgia they evoke. Please note that there is no key and therefore it does not lock.
