Charles Nicolas ODIOT – Important solid silver tray circa 1840/1860
Large rectangular tray with side handles mounted on four foliage feet. This tray was mounted with a hammer and entirely chiseled with foliage and arabesques on an amati background. The perimeter and the handles are richly carved with flowers, foliage and fruit.
