
Chest of drawers in rosewood frieze in amaranth frames. Facade with slight projection opening with two drawers. Arched feet. Ornamentation in gilded bronze. Original Sainte-Anne gray marble top. The chest of drawers is stamped with P. Dupré, received master in Paris in 1766 and with the hallmark of the Girande des Maîtres Éblessings. Furniture by this cabinetmaker is kept at the Cognacq-Jay Paris museum
and the Frick Collection New York. Very good original condition.
