Chest of drawers Louis period XVI – Cherry – 18th

Superb small chest of drawers called jigsaw in natural wood from the Louis period XVI.
This high chest of drawers on legs is worked in cherry wood. 
Knots and grain of the wood, coupled with the lightly varnished natural patina are truly magnificent.
It opens with two drawers in front.
Sober and elegant, this chest of drawers offers rare and harmonious proportions.
This chest of drawers is adorned with beautiful, nicely chiseled bronzes as well as galleries in gilded brass.
The uprights with cut sides are typical of the Louis style XVI.
Finally, this chest of drawers rests on 4 rectangular legs, the two front of which are covered with bronze clogs.
