Sculptor and goldsmith Alexandre Clerget (1856 – 1931) was a pupil of Alexandre Falguière and Jean-Joseph Carriès. He exhibited at the Salon of French Artists in 1896 and 1903. The Siot-Decauville Art Foundry was active in the second half of the XIXcentury and the beginning of the XNUMXth century. The company published works by artists such as JL Gérôme, E. Meissonier or A. Carlès.
