FROMENT-MEURICE Important solid silver centerpiece in three parts. XIXe
Solid silver centerpiece composed of three planters, one oval and the other two on each side round in shape. The openwork decoration reveals the slightly oxidized gilded brass interiors. The edges are finely chiseled with interlacing and garlands of laurel leaves, the removable handles are inserted into the head of each ibex which adorns the ends of the planters, each resting on four leafy hoof feet. The hallmarks are engraved on the plain background.
