Exceptional pair of bookcases in blackened pear and oak.
A clever mix of different styles adorns these libraries intended to receive knowledge. The sculpture is skillfully fat. The bottom is divided into three and is punctuated by four columns on the front and one on the side at the back, on either side of the doors richly carved with dolphins, in the center an alcove. Belt, three drawers decorated with volutes. The top of the bookcases is also punctuated by four columns on the front and one on the side at the back with grooves crowned with Ionic capitals. It opens onto three glass doors with decoration influenced by the fenestration of Gothic cathedrals. The piece of furniture is crowned with a broken pediment, a sculpted motif comes to cushion it.
