Translucent glass vase decorated with swifts in flight, arranged in an ascending spiral. The birds are depicted in high relief, their outstretched wings creating a dynamic and fluid impression around the vase. The surface alternates between satin and glossy areas for a depth effect characteristic of Lalique productions.
Manufacturing technique: Molded-pressed glass, satin finish and polished in places. Relief decoration of stylized swifts in flight.
An emblematic model from the second half of the 20th century, this vase illustrates the revival of the Lalique house under the direction of Marie-Claude Lalique, with a powerful naturalist decoration and refined relief glasswork.
Very good condition, minimal signs of use
