Medusa Valenti swirling Space Age or Mid Century lamp in white steel and aluminum

This iconic creation was born in the mind of Olaf von Bohr for Valenti in 1968 and was called Medusa. It can be used as a table lamp, desk lamp, or as a floor lamp. It was built in Italy, assembling folded steel strips around a central circle to create an enchanting light all around. This beautiful lamp projects light rays all around it. The white painted aluminum diffusers were folded and assembled by hand. It has a round base in black lacquered metal. It requires two E27 bulbs. It is a perfect lamp for modern or 70s interiors. It is a true work of art which creates a very pleasant light as well as a fabulous decorative object.
