Full cherry morocco binding, spine with faux raised bands, gilt fillets, scrolls and fleurons, cold frame lace on the covers, scrolls in sections and contreplats, gilt edges, title, (3)-33- (4) pp. & 42 hand-colored plates under serpents (showing 535 insects). Rare foxing. Binding a little faded, small tarnishes and rubbing, top hinge. cracked (first plate fragile). Good copy.
