Goyard 100 cm mail trunk from the 1920s-1930s

This Goyard courier trunk has very beautiful proportions as well as a beautiful and warm patina. Covered in its famous herringbone canvas, it has its original solid brass lock and clasps stamped Goyard, its chocolate-colored leather trim and its brass side handles stamped Goyard. On the top, it has hand-painted stable stripes and some travel labels. This customization gives this magnificent Goyard trunk a very unique touch. The interior was reupholstered some time ago and is in good condition. The padding under the hood is made of a pretty yellow ribbon. It has been able to retain its Goyard interior label.
Underneath, it retains its original zinc base and wooden slats. This magnificent Goyard trunk can easily be used as a coffee table or as a bedside table. It can be used as a high-end decorative piece as well as a very practical storage piece.
