This beautiful vertical white mirror is purely in the tradition of Venetian glass making. The technique used to achieve this rich twisted rope effect is called 'torciglione' and requires highly skilled craftsmen. Inside the glass, there are inclusions of gold powder to achieve this very rich look. All handmade in Murano, this glass shimmers in a very rich white crystal color, with two fluted flanges of thick and sturdy brass at the top and bottom. The inner border is lined with a brass net.
