GOLDSMITH DUPONCHEL – STERLING SILVER CREAM POWDER AND SUGAR BOWL XIXE

These pieces are made of solid silver. The body is plain, on a flat background, decorated with a Greek frieze and applied on both sides, village scenes in the Chinese style. The lid of the sugar bowl is magnificently carved with imitation woven wicker decoration, topped with a centered terrace of a Fu dog. The branch-shaped handles end in applied dragon masks.
