Pair of large and beautiful Louis style sconces XVI in gilt bronze with three arms of light. The sheath-shaped shaft is adorned with garlands of oak leaves and a lion's head holding a ring in its mouth. The barrel is topped with a firepot decorated with an acorn. The three sconces are decorated with acanthus leaves. Very beautiful matte and burnished period gilding.
