Coming from a family of artists, Nicolas de Lamassin performs engravings of portraits, the best known of which are those of the family.
royal painted by JB Van Loo and L. Tocqué. He is the engraver of N. Lancret, N. Vleughels and A. Watteau. The courtesan in love after F. Boucher is part of the series of engravings representing the Tales of the Fountain.
