IN STOCKChiseled and burnished gilt bronze mantel clock. The covering supports a bust of King Henry IV, his head laureate and covered
of a cuirass. Under the dial is a scene from the History of Henri IV: “Henri IV relieving Sully”. The scene is framed by scrolls of leaves and flowers. The corbin base is decorated with a frieze of palmettes. Knurled skate feet. The dial underlined by a row of turquoise cabochons is signed “Deverberie à Paris”.

Knurled glide feet. The dial underlined by a row of turquoise cabochons is signed "Deverberie à Paris".
