1930s Vellum Leather Steamer Trunk

This little steamer trunk is so extraordinary... Made entirely of soft ivory colored Vellum leather with chocolate colored leather trim and a sturdy matching top handle, it is divided into 3 removable sections. Its back is perfectly identical to its front. In fact, it has 2 locks per level and per side in order to remove its 3 trays. Each tray is lined with beige ivory moire. Its interior is very clean to allow storage. Was it a shoe trunk, a jewelry trunk or a simple, elegant briefcase? Hard to say... Either way, it's perfectly stylish and could prove to be a wonderful side table or bedside table in which you can store many things. This is a very unusual and top quality piece of luggage.
