Louis Riché is a famous French animal sculptor, born in 1877 in Paris.
His passion for sculpture, from an early age, pushed him to devote himself entirely to the study of shapes and materials.
A pupil of Georges Gardet, he had his first exhibition in Paris, at the age of nineteen in 1896, at the Salon des Artistes Français, an unmissable meeting place for emerging artists in Paris.
Louis Riché sculpts many animals treated with naturalism.
